Our mission is to cultivate today’s youth to become career ready. The B.A.M. Program has worked diligently to provide programs and resources that positively impact the youth that we serve. Our yearly programs focus on building a strong self esteem, career readiness ,volunteer-ism, and environmentalism. We work daily to help bridge the gap for individuals who are underserved and at-risk. Through our programming, we have served over 1000 teens in Metro Atlanta & Watts of California during our years of service.

Programs that We Offer

Maximum Xposure 

Building Adolescent Minds has created a career readiness initiative called Maximum Xposure. The duration of the program is one full school term. Our Maximum Xposure career readiness program consist of two components. One area focuses on finding strengths, overcoming character and environmental challenges, and building healthy relationship skills that comes from our self esteem curriculum. The second phase involves hands-on career tour of companies giving youth exposure to career exploration, career development, professionalism, & financial literacy.

Clean The King  

Preserving the environment is extremely important and everyone has to do their part. The B.A.M. Program is executing a quarterly Adopt-A-Spot clean up. This initiative allows people of all ages to join together to improve our environment. Groups and Organizations are welcomed to join at any scheduled clean up. Aboard

Traveling empowers youth to overcome life’s challenges with a greater sense of self and a deeper level of confidence in their abilities. We believe exposure is the key to growth and travel serves as a catalyst to inspire young minds. The B.A.M. Program exposes youth to global job and service opportunities that broaden their horizons and ambitions.
